I have done business with Universal for almost ten years. Their quality is as high as that of decorators I have used and their prices are as low as Aaron Brothers 'on sale'.

But what brings me back is the integrity. The owners are usually there; when I had a problem they fixed it without argument or delay. I think it is the best picture framer in Los Angeles.
