So I have been saying for over a year now that I need to switch to a credit union that is more convenient to my location. I have had a couple bad encounters trying to get assistance at the Clackamas branch in the past that has always had me a little jaded. Just had some terrible service at Unitus. We have been members for 30 years....back when it was Oregon Telco. A hotel in Chicago mistakenly put two holds on our debit card totalling almost $600. The room and everything else had already been put on my wife's company credit card. Unitus would not release the hold on our cunds even after the hotel released them. I have been a member for years! Every time I call or visit my needs are met and taken care of by people with friendly personalities! I have never been disappointed with their service! Highly recommend! Keep up the good work it's second to none!

Well, it has been the best job I've ever had. I'll be going on 24 years in December. All of my finances are with Unitus. All of my family are members! The people are amazing! It really is about our members in everything we do. ❤️
