Too, make a very long story short. I am a business owner here in the Olympia/Lacey area and I have a personal mail box through this package express. I have not received my mail so often that it is a crime. I did not recieve my voter's ballot, and called the auditor's office on August 7, 2008 to have a new ballot mailed, they told me it would be mailed the next day. I never received my...
