I have been going to United Physical Therapy for about three weeks for a balance problem and a shoulder injury. Kelsey takes my complaint seriously and doesn't just shrug it off because I am 75 years old! I am doing exercises at home and am feeling "fired up" to experience life with no (or much reduced) pain. While I was happy with the physical therapist I saw (Lori), I've been continually frustrated with the billing department. I paid in full for my services after each appointment. A few weeks later, I received my EOB from my insurance. It showed I had overpaid due to the negotiated rate between my insurance and UPT.
