My wife never received any statements from United Heritage. I don't read her mail unless she asks me to but I do hand her mail to her when it arrives and this notice was the first thing I've seen fom United Heritage. The notice was that her account was being shut down because of $30.00 and threats to report her to the Credit Agencies.It would be almost comical if it wasn't so pathetic of you...

Unbelieveable service fees and methods

Wish I could give a negative rating.

Once again this is a bank with a credit union name.

Fee abuse abounds. They have charged me over and over for transactions that have not posted and seem to think that is just fine. Balance shows to be consistently positive. Deposits made well prior to debits posting to the account. Chose to lose my business over a ""privilege pay"" charge ($34 I might add that is higher than any other place i know of) that they charged with a positive balance before the charge even got close to posting.

Customer service is horrible and for that matter...

Wow - what a difference a credit union is from a bank! The Lakeway location (3317 S. RR 620, Lakeway Texas, 78738) is already like an old friend to me. I have my business and my personal accounts there. They have fast extremely personal service. The manager, Carisa, takes a personal interest in my overall experience at her facility. They have all sorts of conveniences. My favorite is that when I lose my check card (which is embarrassingly - all too frequent) they can cancel the old one and print the new one right there while I wait, which is hugely helpful.
