Weekday lunch. This place is on the 2nd floor so its not super crowded even during the busiest lunch times since people tend to just walk into street level locations. Seoul Garden is in a great location right in K-Town near Penn Station. Their menu is pretty dense in terms of choices. The place could be better ventilated but it is pretty neat for the area....
