I brought my Honda to Unique Wheel Repair shop on May 9 for engine replacement. When I called for estimate the owner, Vitalijs said that replacement of the engine will cost $1500-2000 depending on the price of the motor. I suggested Vitalijs to buy a used engine on Ebay with warranty but he told me that he knows a reputable dealer and if there is a problem with the used motor - he will replace it. During the repairs the cost climbed to over $3000. I paid in full and got 'fixed' car on May 23. After running approximately 170 miles the engine broke. On May 26 Vitalijs towed the car into his shop promising to find another engine. Then he told me that he installed another engine but it turned out to be defective as well. Then after many calls on June 15 he told me that he installed the 3rd engine, was finishing repairs and only needed to run some tests. After that he promised to drop off the car at my house . Nothing happened. I suggested him to return the money which he promised to do on June 17. Money never materialized. On June 26 he promised to finish all repairs and drop off the car at my house. It did not happen. On July 5th Vitalijs wrote that the car will be ready on Monday, July 9 so I can pick it up or he will rather drive it to my house himself. I was not surprised when the car was not delivered. Then he told me that the third engine was defective as well so he will install the 4th engine.
I realize that it sounds very funny provided that you don't have to participate in this circus. Participation somewhat ruins the joke.
On July 18 Vitalijs wrote that he will bring the car himself late at night. After July 18 Vitalijs stopped answering the calls and messages. On August 2nd he wrote that the car was basically fixed but needed some small parts to complete the job. He promised to notify me when that happens. Then he stopped returning the messages and phone calls. On September 1st, after almost 4 months of this ordeal I drove to the shop and found my Honda rusting outside Unique Wheel Repair shop without engine.
I suggest to be extremely careful if you are planning to engage Vitalijs for service. He is not to be trusted. I would stay clear from Unique Wheel Repair

I recommend this shop 100% to anyone. They do fast great service. I had all my wheels fixed from hitting the curb. They gave me a better price then other shops did and had my car back the next day.
I stopped by their shop in the morning to drop off my cracked Mercedes S600 rim. I left it there and it was ready in 2 hours. The wheel isn't leaking air anymore. I saved a lot of money getting it fixed, I'm glad I found this shop. I would recommend using these guys.
I had a cracked rim off my Audi, and it was welded before by a different shop and cracked in the same spot 2 days later, so I wanted to use a new place. So far so good, its been about 10 days since it was welded at Unique. I waited for the wheel about an hour and it was cleaned up and welded. Great, clean shop.
I would recommend this shop for any kind of wheel repair. My rims were damaged from hitting the curb, and I wanted them redone. They charged a fair price, and I had my rims back the next day which was nice. They took care of taking the wheels off of the car at the shop and balancing them. I was very happy with the color matching the other two rims and the job done.
