Unreliable
I had 337 sqf tong and groove glue down engineered hardwood floors installed on grade concrete slab 3 weeks ago. Shoddy work. There's glue showing all over the place, gaps so big between the boards that needed to be filled with putty and really bad cuts on the transition pieces. For the past 2 weeks I've been calling every other day to get Mr. Ramirez to come back and correct the mistakes...he makes the appoitments and doesn't show up. He says he is the 4TH generation of wood floor installers but he just does not do a good job. I definitely do not recommend.

Poor workmanship
I will not recommend this company to work for any job at your home. If something goes wrong within a year of service, they will not call you back once they found out what is the problem that you are calling about and they will ignore your messages and phone calls.
