watch out for Chelsea - this friday night bartender can be polite, courteous but ALSO can be ignorant, arrogant, disrespectful towards regular customer.

A GOOD bartender not only knows how to mixed drink but also has the abilities to attract customer and the ability to keep, ""return customer"" back to the bar. That is how the bar makes money, thats how the bar makes alot of money. Is the bartender's ability to attract, keep and maintain ""repeat customer.""

The Union Square is my home away from home while in the bay area on business. After a long day you hang out at the Union and it all comes together. Bring a firend and it is twice as nice. If you don't have a friend I can assure you that you that you just might leave with one.

Cheers!

If there is a game you want to see, you will see it here. With 27 TVs and nine satellites, there are not many sporting events that have been missed by patrons here during the past 20 years. The sports memorabilia all over the walls is entertaining, too. Watch your favorite event while enjoying one of the 15 beers on tap. If you feel like competing yourself, try pool, pinball, or video games.
