Excellent choices, but something goes wrong when you want to order online

This was my first attempt at ordering online. They had EXCELLENT choices, and they were the ONLY ones who carried what I wanted (""Dukes""). I loved the choices , but then I had a question and tried to e-mail them about it, using their ""contact us"" procedure, - but my e-mail was returned to me, indicating that they thought it was ""junk mail"" and had never read it! So I decided to go ahead anyhow, and just order it. I got through the ordering process just fine, but at the end I was asked to enter a password.
