The first (and last) time we visited Underground Atlanta, our car was broken into in broad daylight. We parked in an open parking lot caddy corner to Johnny Rockets at around noon on a Sunday to do some shopping before the Braves game. We drove around the Underground part of Atlanta fully expecting to get out and do some shopping because several internet sites recommended this as a great historic shopping area.
