Worst place ever, long wait, food was cold, found a piece of hair in my chicken, Cut my lip on the mug which was cracked spoke to the manager on duty Thomas then spoke to Robert the general manager and he was rude and did nothing to make it right stay away

Went to Uncle Julio's 1/27/13 at the Bethesda Maryland Location. I have been there once or twice before but only for carry out. I order my food which was decent but cold, and a reverse swirl. Halfway into my swirl I felt a pinch on my lips and realised that the mug that I was drinking out of was split and my lip was cut.
