I just tried setting up an appointment at the Family Medicine practice at UNC, and the receptionists were so rude that I actually decided not to make an appointment there. He was VERY professional, warm, courteous, caring, knowledgeable, etc. I had to see him on an "emergency" basis for a lifelong medical problem I've had..he answered any AND *all* questions that I had. He didn't rush me, and he was willing to take as long as necessary to answer my questions and so forth.
