I have my mortgage with Umpqua and have it for 7 months. In that ti e they have made three errors. the most recent error was they calle to tell me that I hadn't paid my mortgage for the month....

Every time, without fail, this team greets me by name, helps me quickly and is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend banking at this branch. The manager and tellers go above and beyond there...

I have been banking with Umpqua Bank for about 3 years and I have to say that it is AWESOME!! Kelsey White is an amazing woman who is the best bank teller on the planet. Thank you for everything you do. I am not only impressed by your banking abilities, but I am proud to call you a friend. Even when I move to the Eastside, I will continue to bank with you.
