bad food, bad service

Went to Umi with friends. I ordered my filet cooked rare. We watched as the chef prepared the food. He cooked and cooked this one piece of meat and to my surprise when he was done he put it on my plate. ""No,"" I protested,""I ordered it rare."" He told me that it was rare. It wasn't. After he cooked the food for the rest of the table, knowing that I wasn't pleased, he offered to cook me another piece of meat. I accepted. This time he cooked it for a much shorter time and some of the pieces were OK. But because he had sliced it in all different sized pieces (some sliced, some chunks) some...
