My home alarm monitoring company was purchased by ultraguard. After a year with them, I elected to discontinue services. They continue to bill me, however, and refuse to cease. Although they stopped monitoring my home when the contract expired, they will not cease billing me for the service. I have called them at least a dozen times to attempt to rectify, but they only present new arguments...

Misleading Contract. poor Service

We used this company for 18 Months and had nothing but trouble with them! They are an alarm company that sell security services to businesses and area residents. The alarm was not working right and to get them to inspect the unit was going to cost over $50.00 / Hr for the tech to do the inspection!

When we wanted to cancel the agreement, they informed us that we have 5 year agreement in...
