I know that many auto shops make their money trying to trick women into unnecessary, expensive repairs. Robbie at ultimate warded me off from new struts when another mechanic told me I had to have them. Robbie just said, Yes, they're old, they will need to be replaced, but they're functioning just fine.

Went to get an oil change and brought in a coupon from NTB after speaking to Richard at Ultimate who said they'd match competitors. After wasting gas and time to get there, I was told they wouldn't honor the coupon.

So report to County's consumer protection dvision is warranted for misleading information.
