my computer has a virus and i told them to format the hard drive and 1st install my software "window xp home" which i brought it to them, within a week they call me and they said my computer was ready and done. at home when i turn it on i watch it carefully guess what happen? it was "window xp" installed, i asked myself what happen to my software "window xp home, and 2nd now i try to install...
