Visited ulta last week and i was having a semi bad day soon as i walked in i was greeted and helped by the nicest girl with the sweetest voice. She also checked me out and signed me up for an ulta card and scanned a coupon for me. I felt that much better about my day i will be returning to this store alot and hope to see the lady (Name Sabrina) who helped me that day again

I visited Ulta for the first time a few days ago and OMG I HAD TO SHARE! It was by far the BEST experience i've had in a while.. everyone was so willing to help me! When I got to the register the Cashier (Didn't catch her name although the receipt said Amberly) suggested a mascara after hearing me complain that nothing works.. instead of just pointing me to the area of the one she suggested, she actually paged an associate that greeted me with a huge smile and was more than eager to help me out! I visited Ulta's Salon for the first time today. I have tried multiple places and have spent tons of money and have walked out almost in tears. But today I had my hair cut by Nicky. I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted but she and I talked alot and she knew what I wanted. I also told her that some days I wear my hair curly and she cut my hair so that I can have a cute flirty cut, or nice and sleek cut with a flat iron, but that would also look good for those days I go curly.
