Terrible Customer Service

On several occasions the customer service I received (or more like didn't receive) here was ridiculous. The staff seemed preoccupied, self-absorbed and uninterested in not only me as a customer but more importantly helping me find the products I came in for. Surprisingly, even after I requested their help they did not seem to feel obliged. Coming from someone who previously worked in customer service I find this unacceptable and think this location should either consider investing more training in their current employees or hire new ones.

First visit ever to an Ulta (I know, I know!). I don't keep up with the latest skin, hair, and beauty products and was 100% overwhelmed by the option overload in this mega store. You could easily...
