My entire family comes to Dr. Ulmer. Ranging from acne to cosmetic (botox, Laser peels.. etc).
Dr Ulmer is the best in the business!!

likelihood of recommending him is 0....he didn't check my records otherwise he would not have overdosed me with corticosteroids, cortisone...which on my record it clearly states ALLERGY: Cortisone. So as a result, for over a year my face and neck have been flaming red and painful...do not put your trust or your health in the hands of that guy.
