It's Fantastic!! In the 4 weeks I've lost 11lbs! I enjoy each and every class! All the instructors are AWESOME each one ...brings something ne and different to the class. Today was my first session!.. But I really enjoyed the fact that the trainers actually help you and train with you, inst...ead of just letting you go in the gym like a deer in the headlights!!..
