Brought my old refurbished iPhone 5 in that t-mobile told me had no hope for after it stopped working today and needed to spend around 200$ to fix or replace even with my warranty. Stopped here just to see if they could establish the issue and they were so helpful and did a hard reset free of charge. Will definitely be back here if i have any issues and appreciate their awesome customer service!

I had the idea that I could fix my iPhone with one of those online kits. Well fat fingers and little screws are a bad mix. Michael at ubreakifix did a great job providing quick service, and a friendly Demeanor. Some things should be left to professionals.

All i can say is great work! My daughter almost flipped out and they came through and fixed her phone...thx alot for going the xtra mile much appreciated and will definitely recommend ya to friends n family Happy Thanksgiving!

Replaced my LCD screen in 15 minutes!!! It was amazing and so was Mike at the front desk!!!! Definitely got the best service and results I could've asked for

I'm not one to post stuff like this, but Ubreakifix did a really great job not only fixing my "unfixable" iPhone, but just being really nice, fast, and reassuring. They had it working within the hour and had great customer service. Bravo, fellas
