I found a complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau to be very helpful. It was the only way I could get the company to respond and give my money back.  You can go on line to file the complaint. Give a very detailed report about happened: who you talked to, when, what they said, and what you them to do to fix the issue.

Spoke w/Marc Adrewsempe Arizona Office, he "absolutely" guaranteed me I could use my old cement slab and be grandfathered in when I got my 16x16 garage. I charged $3000 cc,  I found out a few days later that the City of Des Moines whould not give me a permit to build on my slab (too old).
