It is rare to find a place where you get service at the level U-Plumb-it consistently provides. I recently replaced my first water heater and knew to buy the heater and set it up then take pictures of all the connections and go straight to U-Plumb-it for the necessary connectors. They take their time with you while one might think they would raise their prices to cover the service they provide, they simply do not.
