Had to rent a small uhual for a couple hours. When I got there no one was inside. After a few minutes an employee came and helped me out. He explained everything easily and thoroughly. The rental process was quick and easy although somewhat expensive. Dropping it back off was easy as well. …

These people took an extra $400 from my account after I had paid $240 for my rental saying I told them the vehicle I was renting was for in town use!!! I took my broken down motorcycle home to Kansas City!!! Why would I rent in town??? Anyhow, the crackheads they have working here are liars and thieves!! Scum of the earth. It's like walking into a prison!!

seriously horrible customer service. Booked too many reservations the same day as mine so out of luck for moving and a day lost of work because of this. Called Uhaul and the same horrible customer service being put on hold for 20 minutes at a time and no one really being able to tell me anything. Don't Rent Here!!

This is a terrible U-Haul. Last year, they keyed the Van reservation for the incorrect day, then refused to help us. We had to go to another U-Haul to get the situation resolved.
