I use Uhaul ever three months or so. Most of my experiences are very good. The lady that checked me out on the day that I picked up the Uhaul was very helpful. The only reason that I would rate this Uhaul experience negatively is because I was 40 minutes late due to traffic and they charged me for another complete day. After picking 6x12 open trailer in Beaumont TX drove to Houston without any problems however returning that evening the trailer came off the ball and damaged the rear of my truck.

Not happy at all - at least I took out the insurance on the trailer so I hope dealing with your insurance department is better than dealing with your equipment
