DON'T RENT FROM THIS LOCATION! The worst experience ever and I had rented there for over 8 years. They can charge you whatever they feel like (even if it doesn't match the contract you went in and signed). Terrible service - they lie to get you to sign the contract

It was bait and switch. I didn't get what I needed and after I was stuck with the equipment that wouldn't work for me, I still had to pay them.
BUYER BEWARE!!!! Go somewhere else to rent a trailer or you will be out money and treated poorly.
William Carrillo the GM of Chatsworth UHaul lied to me and changed his tune once I was stuck. I've never been treated so poorly.
Even when you get it in writing, corporate UHaul will deny your complaint. Just avoid, if possible.

William Carrillo, the GM at the Chatsworth UHaul will tell you whatever you want to hear in order to you to get you locked into a contract and then reverse everything he said once you are stuck. He lied to me and UHaul corporate backed him up.||[]Buyer BEWARE! If you have any way of going to a differenct location for your rental, I would suggest it.
