Hotel staff that signed me in was not very friendly never gave her name and very unfriendly. The young man that checked me out was very friendly and helpful.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The bed was a little hard for my liking but my wife didn't have a problem at all. The continental breakfast was great. The location was not near any restaurants that we preferred so we had to go a couple of miles for dinner. The only reason I gave a lower rating to the service was because our keys did not work when we got to the room so we had to have them...

We stayed at HIE Gastonia while visiting family. Our 4 year old granddaughter loved the pool and said the room was beautiful. Staff was very pleasant. We will absolutely stay again.

Room very clean and spacious. Lobby area was nice to sit and talk with friends also the outside courtyard was great place to meet up too. The pool closed a little early ..9:00pm. Staff was beyond great!!! Would stay here again when back for another Great Weekend of Baseball ..
