I had the worst experience today, renting a trailer, I always rent trucks or trailers on the store at Kirkman rd and old winter garden, they are great! but today they did not have the trailer i wanted so they sent me to the store at orange blossom trail and sand lake rd, the manager is a jerk, arrogant and rude. it seemed that i was asking for a favor, not a paying customer.
