The pizza is OK, but the service is absolutely the worst I've ever experienced ANYWHERE! Even after giving them a large tip for my single slice, they were complete a$$holes to me for no reason at all! I Ordered my slice to go, but they gave it to me on a plate, so I said "Hey, I need this to go." The guy replied "I KNOW! I can read.. Duh. Does that mean you need a box?!" After throwing a box at me, he then demanded his paper plate back! WTF?!?!? All this and when I was walking out he was laughing at me with the other chef! If you're sitting at the Double Daughter next door having drinks, order a pizza there.. but NEVER, EVER go in Mario's and order anything or expect to be treated like chump change.

Laid-back employees serve up slices of pie and are willing to chat about music or the club scene. The menu has East Coast-style, thin-crust slices and pies. Crispy crusts are piled high with fresh toppings.... more

Saturday afternoon I stopped by to see if their might be any gluten free options on their menu. Not only was I sarcastically told by the clerk he could offer me a "paper plate with cheese and sauce" adding that i would have to take it home and cook it myself. The cook had to add his opinion that he doesn't "believe in gluten intolerance" and started to pontificate to himself in his caveman,... more

(not that they deserved a dime) I will never eat there again... the cashier was rude... forgot half our order and when I asked them to correct the order i got attitude for the guy behind the bar. ... more

While sitting down in this restaurant over lunch I overheard discussions from the guys behind the counter concerning teabagging pizza slices, and photographing it. For me, this was kind of a red flag indicating I should reconsider trusting this food provider. Squirt gun fights with the 409 is another one, as I'm not a big fan of the ammonia flavor. Reading other reviews, maybe this is kind... more
