The historic atmosphere here harkens back to the speakeasies of the Roaring 20s, and the food is tremendous. This is our favorite breakfast joint, by far. This is the place if you want to get a taste of what Ogden used to be before it slipped into respectability.

Waling in to this restaurant takes you back in time unique atmosphere.good food,fair prices,decent service. wait help not to knowledgeable about amount of food served and a bit of cutting up in the kitchen area..all in all a decent experience..might go back and try again

A group of us went for Sunday brunch, there were 8 of us. We were scolded for not calling ahead to warn them we had a group. We were placed on the other side away from the regular tables. The waitress acted like it was an inconvenience for her to have to serve us. We waited a long time to...

Starting out with a wild good Bloody Mary then a selection of either - spinach, or crab, or smoked salmon-eggs benedict with a fruit cup and grits.
Now that is breakfast- for lunch a rich clam chowder and half a pastrami sandwich with a side of coleslaw.
I have not enjoyed one of the dinner items - how about this...

We arrived around 2:00 for lunch and were the only ones there. We were seated immediately but put in a booth near the kitchen. Our waitress was personable, attentive and could answer our questions about menu items.
