Had both knees replaced this year. Dr. Hoffman and his entire staff did an excellent job. All necessary appointments were scheduled in advance for me, including boot camp, MRI, pre-surgical labs and clearance with my primary care physician. In both surgeries at Trinity Terrace Park I was able to go home the next day and started physical therapy within the same week.

I recently had a complete knee replacement by Dr. Hoffman and I had a 5 star experience. Beginning with pre-op physical therapy, MRI based custom implant tools, patient education pre-op through Unity Point Hospital followed up with the Rapid Recovery program, my pain was manageable and my recovery was rapid. First colonoscopy was with Dr. Harsh and it went so well! My results were fantastic and the Dr. and her crew made me feel very relaxed prior to the procedure and the aftercare was superb! I even got a follow-up call this morning! Impressed!

Dr. Mendel was very helpful in explaining my condition with my shoulder. He recommended surgery which he preformed on me and now I am completely without pain and everything went well and I am very satisfied with the surgery he preformed on me and am very happy with his helpful advice in my recovery.
His team was very professional and caring.

I had a right knee replacement and a right ankle replacement. Both were very successful. My ankle was in very bad shape. It had pretty much self-fused over the years and the arthritis and pain had become unbearable. By 12 weeks post-op of my ankle replacement I was walking 2 miles. I would highly recommend Dr. Mendel to anyone who is suffering with pain. He gave me quality of life again. ...
