Unbelievable total disappointment! I wish I go to yelp and check the review first before signing up. They are so unorganized. We signed up for writing class on Saturday. But no one was there. They never answered phone calls. They probably won't reply to our message. This place is pathetic. We want a full refund.

This place is unorganized. After the first session of a three week workshop, they changed the time without notifying parents. Parents and students showed up to class and were told last minute about the time change. We complained and therefore were accommodated but there were others who had to leave …
