In the few years I have lived here this complex that advertises "Luxury" living had raised rents $300 per month! They say it's driven by market. Maybe Scottsdale. Check ANYWHERE else before you agree to lease here. Amenities aren't that great. And they close at 10pm so nothing after a long night of work. Birds will decorate your vehicle very nicely. I've lived at Tuscany Ridge for just over 6 months. The apartments are spacious for the price and the location is right by the freeway. In fact, it's just a roundabout away, so there are no traffic lights at all between the apartment and freeway. It's a time saver! I've only had a few problems with the apartment (dishwasher and toilet), but the repair person has always responded within 24-48...

I have been living at Tuscany Ridge for the past 9 months and it has been great! My apartment is so quiet, I never hear my neighbors. The complex is clean and well maintained. The grounds look great. The pool is also well maintained, always sparkling and beautiful. The gym is well maintained and they supply the gym towels as well.

Horrific neighbors

Well I'll first off say it's loud and noisy the street is right here and I told the apartments I wanted it to be quiet ya that didn't happen so the neighbors down stairs keep complaining on me saying I'm so loud late at night when I'm not at all they have a terrible pocket door that's so loud and horrible that goes to the bathroom anyways I tryed to explain that to the office and all she did...
