The absolute WORST experience EVER!!!!!! From the word go when I broke my heel moving and had to reschedule carpet cleaners for when we were out of town (at our expense)....Yep, the managers cancelled them!!! They were over an hour late for a scheduled walk-thru....when we were flying in from out of town specifically for that! And the clincher! Being strung along at the tune of over $10,000 for additional moving expenses when we were told our tenants had given notice early and then moved across country to find them still occupying the residence.
