HORRIBLE
Company installed a system at my house, missed the property line by over 12 feet. Took over 5 months for them to come "fix" the problem, still isn't right. Office staff is rude and threatened to sue me if I didn't pay for the services they incorrectly performed prior to them fixing it. HORRIBLE installation, and PATHETIC customer service.
Exceptional
I had originally contacted two companies for a lawn sprinkler system. After repeatedly getting rescheduled with Millard Sprinkler and cancelled on by Denny's Lawn, I decided to give Turfbuilders Irrigation a call. Boy was I glad I did. I would recommend them to everyone! John was prompt, informative, and professional! Again, I would recommend them to everyone I know!
