I returned the product on the same day. They kept texting and calling me for over two weeks saying that my rental was overdue. Very inconvenient. Need better processing of paperwork

The rates quoted online and the rates I received at final billing did not match. For both the insurance and the rental on the furniture pads. They need to be exactly the same asa quoted, or tell customers up front of the differences. You should also explain late return fees- this was not explained online or at the pickup location.
