I never write reviews but I am thrilled with the customer service I have experienced! They explain everything from the how to the why. I thought I needed my brakes done and would have paid them to do it today but they said it wasn't necessary yet. Unheard of for a mechanic. great deals and great customer service....i really recommend this place.

Do not use Tune up Plus. Took our car there – they replaced timing belt and water pump as well as oil and oil filter. Car stopped working the day after we picked it up from Tune up Plus. Took to another mechanic – they confirmed in writing – timing belt was not changed, oil filter was also old. I tried to contact owner – no response. Manager was rude and did not resolve the problem.
