The Tumbleweed has been a staple restaurant for years for our semi-annual family gatherings. It's got a lot of old-fashioned local character. Unfortunately, though, the menu hasnt kept pace, and there are no vegetarian options. We've shifted to another restaurant now but occasionally do stop by The Tumbleweed just for nostalgia.

We meet as business colleagues on average once a month. Tumbleweed Cafe is a classic, small town, Nebraska cafe. They have the great Nebraska Beef in their burgers and steaks. Good food, great prices. Friday buffet was excellent. Very busy, with locals and visitors. The buffet had all kinds of homemade salads, with roast beef, breaded chicken strips, and breaded shrimp. The homemade rolls were hot and yummy! The price was very reasonable. Really enjoyed eating there.

The food here is above average for a small town cafe. The food was all home made and the service was excellent. We ate breakfast and dinner. We would eat her again

Went here for Sunday brunch and it was pretty packed. Looks like the whole town comes out. They have a brunch buffet but I didn't get it. I tried their hot beef and it was a very hearty helping.
Just your average small town café.
