It`s easy to forget you`re in a hotel restaurant here, since Tulio`s warm, bustling atmosphere and red checked tablecloths are reminiscent of a neighborhood restaurant -- as are Chef Walter Pisano`s delicious creations. The service is a mixture of good and bad. I've had a really great server and I've had the laziest server. So depending on...

We went to Tulio for Valentines day ('09) and were disappointed. The service was good and the atmosphere was nice. The food was not that great and extremely expensive. For being such a fancy restaurant it did NOT live up to the hipe. Save your money and go somewhere else.
