I tried to get brakes, and they proceeded to try and tell me my car was about to fall apart. Granted there was probably work to be done, but they claimed it was mandatory to change this and that. $300 dollars later, I got my new brakes. Ripoff, but I needed it done that bad. They defaulted to the most expensive brakes without asking, and their customer service was terrible. The only thing going for them was the availability and speed of the process.
This may be premature but I thought it was important: I called to schedule maintenance that I thought I needed and the service man said that it was completely unnecessary and advised me when the appropriate time for he maintenance was. This was an awesome sign to me because now I know they won't pressure you into bs maintenance that you don't need.

Tuffy will perform free diagnostics and the service is very good. They are not the cheapest, but I have never had to return the car to correct their work.
More importantly, I've always been impressed with their honesty. I have actually had them tell me not to perform services that competitor's had advised, like alignments, etc, that I did not need!

Honest and respectful business. They only do the work that is necessary to fix your car. Repairs and work done is of the highest quality. I highly recommend this Tuffy location and the Manager who runs it.
