First off, they really listen to your computer issue. Most computer techs I've dealt with in the past hardly ask any questions and just assume they know what you're talking about, which always made me nervous and led to a lot of silly misunderstandings, resulting in uneccessary delays...

I guess I had a common problem with laptops over a certain age. The powerr connector goes bad and neither the battery on the laptop nor the power adapter works to power up your laptoop. So basically you end up with a paper weight, a totally useless computer. My main concern was that I had 4 years worth of pictures on that laptop that were irreplaceable to me.

I dropped my laptop, which broke both the LCD screen and the plastic top cover. Yikes! I thought it was a lost cause, but Tucson Computer Repair Service was able to replace both for a lot cheaper than any other place I called.
