Terrible
Tru Green is a joke. We made an appt for aeration 4 weeks back and canceled it next day. They immediately charged my credit card on the day of scheduling and didn't credit my card when I canceled it. I called them 4 times already and still haven't gotten any credit. Every time I call I speak with a different person and they tell me that somebody from billing dept will contact me but never heard...
