The service is excellent, both in the execution and results. My lawn is in much better shape than it would be without TruGreen. And, I like the 24 hour notice.
The treatment is automatically set up at certain times of the year. I was notified the technician was coming. I was not home when he/she came, but the service was done on time and the instructions were left on the door.
Great service. I'm always notified prior to the technician's arrival (at least 24 hours in advance) and unless there are weather related issues, the technican comes out. The few times I have been there when he treated my yard, he was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. There have been times when I'd forget to unlock my gate. I'd call and speak to a friendly representative and the treatment would be rescheduled with no problem.

I had Trugreen for less than 3 months... I canceled the service after watching the security cameras from my property! The tech was on site for less than 10 minutes, sprayed less than half the lawn and was gone before he could finish smoking the cigarette he had in his mouth. I would not recommend them or use them ever again.
These guys are a massive ripoff and run a very sketchy business.First of all, they will sell you on a very reasonable package of $60 or so every 4-6 weeks of treatment. Huge waste of money. They came out twice and threw something on the lawn. It took him all of 2 minutes to do this. 2 months later and we are overrun with more weeds. Not a single weed died. We went with a new company and immediately we saw what a scam Tru Green is.
