Nothing But Lies Lies Lies from Barbara. The record keeping is BARBAric. Absolutley NOTHING will ever be done that's Required or Requested. Management is deceitful, imcompentent and utterly unprofessional GOSSIP.There are rules ... But they don't apply to anyone. They are responsible for NOTHING...don't expect to get plowed or salted, don't break bones like half of the tennants have already.It's a swamp too, no drainage. The place is FILTHY with nothing but JUNKYARDS around, God forbid you want to keep Your place nice, She does not care one bit.

I have lived in Floral park for 11 yrs.I am discouraging all parties considering this place as a "Home" to reconsider!!! The water is constantly being "shut off" without any warning to us residernts to fix old pipe leaks throughout this park. The manager refuses to resolve any issues in a professional manner. I have had to go through several days without running water in many of the years I have lived here. I have tried to get many community organizations to help resolve this water issue but the park is privately owned and does not prescribe to city water and OCWA standards. Reconsider this as a nice palce to live!!!!
My husband and I JUST DROVE THRU floral park mobile community on state fair blvd.,syracuse,ny...we are incredibly dissapointed.Your web site pictures must have been sabatoged ...floral park looks nothing like...
