The staff was extremely helpful. We ordered a couch and were told it would arrive in 8 weeks. We were having a party 2 days prior to the 8 week date. I called to check on the status about 6 weeks in. It had shipped and it was going to be close. They called the shipping company and kept watch on my order up to delivery, the day before our party. Without their help it wouldn't have been here in...
