I'm not good at complaints. In restaurants, if the service is slow, I never complain. I work in the service industry. I know how difficult the job can be.

I have bought tires on line and had Troy's mount and balanced the tires. They have also rotated the tires on the car with no hassle. I have had them do lube, oil and filter and they also check for potential problems and give you a print out of what they find with price to fix with no pressure to buy. Great customer service!!!!

PROS: Fast, friendly, quality work and no hassles.
CONS: None so far!

this is a great local business that is run with intergrity and honesty. Being a woman, I often find myself being sold things that I do not need or trying to get pushed into making repairs that I do not need.
