My roof was full of mildew and when they finished, it looks almost new.

My newly purchased home needed an exterior paint job badly. I had heard about Tropical through a group of friends so I contacted them for a quote. The owner came out to assess the job personally. He was very professional and courteous. The quote was very prompt and agreeable! My wife and I quickly contracted them for the job.

We live out by the water. Our house has a tile roof that was extremely mildewed. Tropical Painting made the roof look brand new. They bleached the mildew before painting and didn't miss an edge anywhere, and trust me I looked. I wanted a thorough professional job and that is exactly what Tropical deIivered. Great Job!... Done Right!!...My wife and I couldn't be happier!!!

Tropical Painting has done both the interior and exterior of my home. So when my mother in law need to have her exterior done. Of course I recommended Tropical Painting. Not only is the quality of the work excellent but the time they take to prepare before painting is something you don't see with other painting companies that is why whenever I need any work done I will continure to call...
