I really can't review this place because I didn't even have a chance to try their service. But let me tell you my experience - I had a nail appt. today (Friday) at 1215p. I used to work in Downtown Dallas and everyone at my job told me about this Salon on Elm but I didn't make the point to come until they bought me a giftcertificate for a Pedicure and Facial for my birthday. I get pedicures every two weeks whether I need one our not! While they give excellent pedicures, their service was horrible. When I came in to the salon with an appointment, they seemed annoyed that I was even there. They were annoyed at me when I asked to upgrade my pedicure, which has never happened to me before.
